Gallery 8 - Fantastic Fowls Wall |
I've been putting pictures of these lovely entertaining creatures mostly in Gallery 10 because they add so much beauty to our barnyard scene, and it occurred to me that they should also have a wall in Gallery 8. :) They give me eggs and roam the yard and are very sweet and tame (well, except for Wooster). They came to us from a 4-H leader last summer.

Monday, January 3, 2011 - a sunny day, up into the lower 40's and the chickens were out enjoying the yard after all the December snows had washed off. I cleaned their coup and put down fresh cedar bedding and straw while Ben and Bon put fresh saw dust in the mules' stalls. |
